To some, sitting on our flag isn't too far from your little man pissing on the blue thing in your logo. Flags should be treated and handled with respect. We have protocols for the correct use and handling of our flag. Sitting about on, drinking and eating on etc isn't acceptable to many people. |

WHAT!!! Your gonna sit yr arse on the Rat-s cafe logo !!!!
Sorry couldn't resist that. Not sure I personally feel that the flag being used on a chair to sit on is looked at by anyone the same as burning or pissing on it Kev.
The emblem is pretty well worn everywhere on Oz day, and even used on boxers and budgie snugglers.

The Aussie flag flies with the Union Jack in the top left hand corner with the southern cross below and to the right. This is merely a representation of our flag with the union jack in the top right hand corner and the southern cross below and to the left. If it was meant to be THE FLAG then that fact alone is enough to upset. It's only meant to be a representation and a symbol of patriotism. My family has lost many men who fought under our flag over the years and I don't see a problem, IT IS NOT A FLAG!! I think the RATs Cafe logo should go on the back. To put it on the seat would definitely be disrespectful.
P.S. I would be offended by anybody sitting on or otherwise disrespecting the Australian Flag.

You will have to lighten up a bit otherwise we live a short life , Dont wast it being grumpy

Grumpy is a perception held by others and I thrive on it.
Most of what I say is what I think but I'm too old to allow any of the stuff said on forums to upset me. I can get slightly pissed off but never upset. |
