Pity I'm not a bit closer. I'd knock them front mount panniers up for ya like a piece a piss. Have never set the MIG up for Aluminium but have everything else to make the job happen.
Couldn't do it without having the bike here to build from and would need it for a few days or a return trip for final fitment so it makes it dang hard to do over the internet.
Hope your fab shop comes to the party. In the mean time, good luck with getting them there fibreglass boxes fitted.
Cheers. _________________ I used to be nervous, anxious, and confused.

I got a great idea!
Pack up all of your equipment and come to me for a couple of days.
Free food and a six pack at the end of the job.
Nah, it'll work out with the rear mount glass bags and at very acceptable price. It'll only cost for the steel stock to make the mounting frames and a few stainless nuts and bolts. The biggest part of the job will be taking the plastic off the rear end and sorting out some triangulation to get them solidly mounted and then refitting the plastic. |

May as well take them for Port if still available. |

Actually we were bloody close to hoying them out...I hope the missus hasn't done it
I'll find them for you. You want me to take them into Winza or do you want to ride up to Bowen Mt? _________________ "Roll me in honey and throw me to the lesbians"
