tag it and watch it it'll come down - it was actually a stat from NSW, last time I saw it it had a shoe handing out from under the right hand carb _________________ Carl

Depends on what you want it for and the bulk is bolt off bolt on stuff - the actual auction images were a lot better as they ahve to show all the actual damage. I was going to buy it from manheims myself but they've changed the rules again so I missed out _________________ Carl

FRAME SEEMS ALL FINE RIGHT TUBE HAS SOME SMALL MARKS,
There's the BIG problem. Any frame damage, no matter how light, will require a full engineers cert before rego can be obtained.
Insruance co will have this damage logged. You may get rego eventually, but you won't get insurance _________________ Sturgis

Right front down tube is bent or dented your choice of wording but it's a bonnie - unbolt it and chuck a new one on
Once it's passed any roadworthy checks, insurance companies can't not give you insurance. You MAY pay over the odds but as far as the law is concerned it is a completely roadworthy bike and can legally be insured - if an insurance company says no you can complain to the ombudsman.
All NSW accident damaged are now classed as Stat write-offs and that includes bikes that have had low speed fall overs and cracked fairings - VIC, QLD still have repairables but they have to be inspected in which state they came from. It was supposed to stop people doing updates and has it? Nope, just ruined the chance of Fred Nurk picking up a cheap late model bike to repair for his own use. Government Wankers 1 - People 0 yet again! _________________ Carl
