The silver front guard was the last thing remaining from the original Taxi Yellow look of my bike. I've been umming and ahhing whether to go chrome or black.

I was checking out (drooling) all the goodies at Triumph Performance Parts Australia's website looking for something for the missus to get me for Christmas when I spied this alloy front guard. Here's a pic with the original silver guard -

The alloy guard arrived from Gary at TPPA only a few days after being ordered. I got home and put it on the bike and then showed the missus. Apparently a bloke's "Christmas Present" isn't his until it's given to him on the morning of the 25th. Guess who's now in the shit? Again? Rolling Eyes Then I remembered it's easier to get forgiveness then it is to get permission Wink

Anyway here's some pics of the guard. It's the ducks guts! -

Fark.
Why have I got a sports screen, mount kit and oil embellisher sitting on the side lines rather than on the bike.

Seems my house rules differ to yours.
I get hit with the back of the axe if I don't follow guidelines.

that really looks good on the bike Pete

Cant for the life of me work out why Triumph never made the front guard this way from the start.

Now take it off and put it under the tree !!

Nah, sounds like the same rules (and punishment). The box with the guard turned up at work addressed to me, so I took it home on the and bunged it on the bike - all on the sly...I "forgot" it was suppose to be a present Rolling Eyes it didn't even have time to make it to the sidelines.

I admit it, "Oh shit, I'm sorry, I forgot!!!" is a pretty pissweak excuse. But it and a week or two of hot tongue cold bum should see the rules of engagement return and trench warfare go back to normal. Wink
