If they could move the meetings closer and not on the same night as swimming I'd be happy to be a southern delegate.. With less of a trumpy bias
Certainly a warm fuzzy feeling though.. Get to be associated with a club list.. Do we get to have big back patches?

I didn't envision an empty a beer on your head under a hills hoist club.. A social group with patches rather than a 'patched club'..
Still thinking mcc membership is a positive thing. Is it a financial commitment by Rats?

Yep you get back what you put in like most volunteer organisations. There are a few interesting characters that I am sure will give you the odd  and also the occasional 
As it is not that far from me here at Westymead I'll try to pop in when I can for the monthly Monday meeting. Just so everyone knows, anyone is welcome to attend the meetings to see what goes on and possibly have a cup of tea, not sure if the biscuits are still on offer though!  Bistro does an alright meal prior to the meetings too....
