I was just nosying on this subject and just FYI...I work for the people who own the Carosel..they also own the Vineyard Hotel (Tourmo), the Spotrsmans(i think that what its called) at Rivo and one other which i cant remember..and as far as i know, the Carosel is the most popular of the four. I may have to pop in one day/night and check it out...im sure Sturgis would like to come along to join in on a "jam session" or even just to watch and down a few...and i mean a few Smile

I know it's late notice BUT...I'm heading to have a look at Carosel about 8pm tomorrow with a mate or two. I havn't been there for about 4 yes or so. Maybe intro face to face some from here? N start of a new beginning???? Maybe see ya there???

Was also good to catch up with the old crowd. Steve came over and apologised for there set, but TBH I enjoyed there version of Heart of Stone more than any other act.

Was just reading my last post on this topic and had a good laff :lol: ..I now work at the Carousel Inn and was doing the Sports Bar last Thursday and there was quiet a good crowd enjoying the jam session. Will be working the Sports Bar again this Thursday night but not sure if Jam/Muso's night is on this week as it will be Australia Day..got a feeling it may be a quiet night.

Hi All
Don’t forget the Carousel/Muso club 5th birthday, Thursday 2nd Feb. come as your favourite star (any sort really). We will kick the night off at 7.30 to get some extra time but be early. I will be giving away some Flamin’ beauties cd’s to the first 20 people registered (on the board) on the night.
Great Sunday gig out Penrith way Overlander hotel, we are back there 18th Feb. 3-7 pm check it out!
All gigs good this week, stand out was Morty, thanks to Vicki Nix for her wonderful input.

The jam.muso's night next Thursday night at the Carousel is a 5th birthday night...starts at 7.30 instead of the usual 8.30/9.00pm. I was working last night and enjoyed it. I also had the pleasure of meeting Churchy's mate Steve...good bloke.
