The police on TV shows have at times estimated a person to be speeding. Using their own experience, which I accept.
This guy was claimed to be booked at double the speed by a policemen, who should have known that it wasn’t possible from his on job experience to be doing that in such a short distance and by the physical visual speed and the way he must have had to break when asked to stop. How hell did it get that far in court. The Video doesn’t support that he was doing that speed by the way he pulled up and stopped. It must have raised some question when viewed.
Are we depending too much technology and ignoring our own skills at times.
