Dropped in here for a look and found this, sitting quietly here for almost 5 years.
FWIW I've got a 1974 Chrysalis LP of Steeleye Span Now we are six, in excellent condition, still has the original price sticker attached $5.25 Downtown records.Wink

Steeleye are a bit easier to obtain still Santa as were more popular, and more albums sold.

Being from South Oz I guess you would also remember Fotheringay with Sandy Denny? I actually have a Sandy Denny LP with the Strawbs

Wish I could say yes to that Churchy, sadly I cant, however the name Sandy Denny rings a bell.

Surprised youi dont know Fairport Convention ! But anyway Fotheringay was formed in Sth Oz Always thought there was only one LP but seems from reading yr link a 2nd surfaced later.

If ever get a chance to hear Fotheringay, sure will enjoy.
