Would like to see pics of the actual bike as it looks now without fairings. And TBH I doubt if will even get start bid as fairings etc are not cheap to fix up and who knows what other damage was done. By the time you done all that work, it would be far cheaper to have bought Psycho's 2009 model which still had warranty left.
Not even sure if pic he is showing is the actual bike at all?

Ask for vin and engine number and last known rego if available, I'll put money on it it's on the WOVR and if it is his price is a grand n arf over if not more. NSW no longer has repairable write-offs, everything is a stat. If it's from vic or qld you'd have to take it back there for the inspection.
Just sent a msg asking if it's on the WOVR - will let you know if he answers

Hi, No its not. I can provide a REVS certificate stating clear title. No stat or Repairable Write off.
