Unlike the genuine triumph and arrow stainless exhaust systems and many other aftermarket systems our exhaust fits WITH a centerstand and features easily removable baffles.
What is on OFFER
A brand NEW boxed and unused TEC brand STAINLESS 2 into 2 FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM-
To fit all EFI and Carburettor models of Bonnevile, SE, T100, Thruxton from year 2000 on.
It will also fit the Scrambler but you will need a Bonneville exhaust centre mounting bolt from triumph.
The front pipes have monting holes for sensors and blanking plugs for these are supplied in the kit for carb bikes.
IMPORTANT PLEASE STATE WHEN ORDERING IF YOUR BIKE IS CARB OR EFI TYPE AND IF IT HAS A CENTRE STAND FITTED so we send correct fitting kit.
Full stainless exhaust system suitable for all Hinckley Bonnevilles,shown on bonneville and thruxton in pictures (does not fit america and speedmaster.)
We have made these top quality exhausts ourselves due to popular demand from our customers who LIKED THE ARROW SYSTEMS BUT NOT IT'S HIGH PRICE or the fact that you can not use a mainstand with the arrow system,they asked us for a aftermarket system in stainless at a fair price that looks and sounds great and will not rust after 2 years like some steel exhausts.
Dyno developed to improve Torque and BHP ,with a 5-10% improvement right across the range,also improves fuel economy due to increased efficency.
Weight approx 6kg ,Far far lighter than the standard system.
LIKE ALL OUR TRIUMPH PARTS WE MAKE THESE OURSELVES AND THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM ANYONE ELSE.
WE ARE CONFIDENT YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED WITH IT BUT FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY ,WE WILL GIVE A FULL NO QUIBBLE REFUND IF RETURNED IN 7 DAYS.
We also give a full 12 MONTHS WARRANTY against manufacturing defects, but as the system is stainless it should last the life of the bike.
The system features a satin brushed "titanium look" finish and an easily removable baffle system.
As the system is stainless it can be polished if you want the "chrome look"
With the baffle fitted it is stock quiet, with baffle removed very loud.
Baffle is held by a "C"clip for quick access.
ADJUSTABLE VOLUME-
You can easily get to a noise level you like in between by simply adding holes to the baffle in stages.
No modification is required to the fuel system if baffle is left in place, if the baffle is removed or modified it is then necessary to increase jet sizes on carburettor bikes, on EFI bikes it is best to get a triumph dealer to update the program on the fuel system as for an arrow system (5 minute job).
This is because the system flows far better than the stock system when baffle is removed and releases all the power that is available.
We also sell spare baffles if you want to modify some but have standard ones for the roadworthy test or selling on or you have gone too far with modding and the neighbours are getting annoyed.

Good price too. Team Moto charged me $500 for one when I got my first service done a few years back and the thing rattles around like you wouldn't believe.
