In 2010 I bought a battery and a trickle charger to suit, from MCA. One year and ten days later (out of the 12 month warranty period) my battery was not holding a good charge and starting the bike was a challenge. I contacted MCA and explained that I was recommended the battery and the charger and that the life of the battery should be some years better than what I had experienced. The manager at the time was busy, so I left my telephone number for him to call me back.

The manager contacted me the next day, we discussed it and it was suggested that I bring the bike, charger and reciept into the store and he could assess the issue. I went in a couple of days later, met up with the dude, charger was diagnosed to be OK and I was offered a replacement battery. We then proceeded to bring out the tools, we changed the battery, no charge and the bike started without a hitch.

This was excellent service, something that is hard to find with a lot of businesses these days. The guy was easy to deal with and everything was no hassle. I highly recommend the team at MCA, they were awesome.

The great thing is the whole process was easy, no bitching or trying to justify myself. Very professional, not often found in modern day business.
